Morton Consulting is in the process of supporting an immediate need for a Senior Desktop Administrator in Miami, Florida.  The selected Sr. Desktop Administrator reports directly to the Manager of Technical Operations and they are a local point of contact for end-users (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) to provide advanced support and maintenance of their desktop computing environments and phone services.   Provides leadership and guidance in advanced technical support and diagnoses of PC hardware and software problems.  Oversees desktop responsibility of IT Help Desk requests, ensuring all tickets are responded to and closed in timely manner.
