Morton Consulting is in the process of considering candidates for multiple opportunities that we have available in Durham, NC as a BI Report Developer. This is a full time position where the resource will be primarily responsible for developing reports per the specifications of report designers, performing project mandated testing of all report programs developed and assisting in the development of test scripts and preparation of test data for report testing.
Requirements:
- Business Objects (Crystal Decisions Enterprise)
- Broad experience with Crystal Enterprise reporting tools
- Extensive knowledge of sourcing data from Cache, Oracle and SQL Server, having demonstrated proficiency with SQP in a multi-platform environment
- Comprehensive understanding of how the physical data structures impact the performance of business intelligence applications and can make specific recommendations to optimize solution delivery
- Five or more years’ experience in a large business intelligence, data warehouse, or enterprise reporting project applying a variety of reporting tools to deliver solutions following a structure methodology
- Domain knowledge in Healthcare Clinical Information Systems and billing operations
- Solid understanding of current applications and trends in business intelligence and enterprise reporting

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and enhance relationships with customers and internal groups and work across multiple teams
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
