Morton Consulting is in the process of interviewing and selecting candidates in consideration for a Business Analyst opportunity with one of our customers in Richmond, Virginia. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with both technical and business teams in support of requirements, design, and development of eCommerce systems.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience writing Technical Requirements, Use Cases, and Test Plans for web-based applications
• Experience with retail or financial systems in a eCommerce or customer-facing web environment.
• Previous experience with Java from a development perspective is ideal
• Strong experience working as an Analyst in an Agile / SCRUM environment.
• Experience with UML, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, MySQL, DB2, JSF, and WebSphere
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work well individually or as a part of a team.
