Morton Consulting is in the process of interviewing and hiring for a Java Programmer who will work with one of our customers in Richmond, Virginia. This resource will need to be a strong Java Developer with over five years of Web Applications Development experience in a J2EE and Oracle environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Struts, Servlets, J2EE compliant Application Server, and Complete life cycle experience.
• Should be able to understand E-R Diagrams and write test cases.
• Will work on developing J2EE application using Oracle 11g, Hibernate, Weblogic, spring, struts 1.x etc.
• Will need to interpret functional requirements, elaborate these to technical requirements and code application based on that.
• Should be team player with excellent communication skills and problem solver.
• 5+ Years – J2EE Web Applications development, Java, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, JNDI, JDBC, Struts, Servlet, Weblogic, Web Application Server – Deployment and Monitoring, Complete life cycle experience,
• 3+ Years – Oracle 10g or higher, PL/SQL Scripting, , SOAP, Web Service development, XML file handling, Secure Applications Coding, CVS, LDAP, Ability to understand E-R Diagrams, Writing test cases, Hibernate
• 3+ Years – JDeveloper, Oracle Application Server
• 2+ Years – Functional knowledge and experience working with Financial Accounting systems. Java Sun Certification highly desired.
