Morton Consulting is in the process of interviewing candidates in consideration for a long-term Manager of Network Administration with a customer located in Staunton, Virginia. This resource will be responsible for performing a variety of systems administration tasks which include implementing Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services, upgrading Exchange 2010, developing metrics for key functions, and developing policies and procedures around service account creation and usage.
Responsibilities:
- Documents employee performance throughout the work cycle
- Provides timely and appropriate feedback / coaching as necessary
- Plans for performance discussions, clarifies performance expectations, conducts performance reviews, and recommends appropriate pay adjustments
- Manage and lead teams of up to 10 individuals
- Maintains current operating knowledge of all job-relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field of study
- Experience with Citrix systems and administration
- Experience with Enterprise backup, Enterprise full disk encryption, Enterprise antivirus and Enterprise logging solutions
- Experience with SQL, IDS/IPS, and SAN
- Advanced scripting skills
- Server and Desktop Virtualization
- Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Active Directory application delivery
