As we continue to highlight the excellent people and organizations we’ve had the pleasure of working with, we turn to Justin Webb and the University of Mary Washington – an individual and organization that have been a pleasure to do business with.

Justin has graciously shared a few thoughts about working with Morton Consulting and the quality of the services we have been able to provide for UMW, and we are very pleased to be able to share them.

In basic terms, Morton provides UMW with services under the Virginia state-approved staff augmentation rates and model. But as Justin says, “Morton takes things a step further by establishing a relationship between the staff augmentation primary vendor and the direct client – they are not just providing resumes and candidates, but working more directly to understand individual client needs.”

This is our true goal here at Morton. Simply providing our services is what makes us a business; knowing and catering to the specific needs of each client and building a strong relationship is what makes us a success. And no matter what we believe about the quality of our work, it isn’t until we hear it from our clients that we know we’re achieving that goal. That’s why we value our business relationships with clients like UMW and Justin so highly, and why we so appreciate their feedback.

And we couldn’t ask for better feedback than Justin’s; “Morton works to provide the best resources within budget and the targeted skill set – if that “just right” feeling can’t be found, they keep working until the client is satisfied.”

There’s no room for complacency in our fast-paced industry, and as such we’re always asking our clients to evaluate our services and support.
